اسارتگاه بابلسر!

            بدون هیچ مقدمه ای به اصل موضوع می پردازم، چون من اهل حرف زدن و ادعا کردن نیستم. آنقدر ذهن و افکارم آشفته و خسته است ، آنقدر قلبم از درد و رنج حیوانات زبان بسته سنگین شده که دیگرهیچ رمقی هم برای گریه کردن و خالی کردن فشار روحی برایم باقی نمانده است. در این متن به گزارشی وحشتناک از اسارتگاه حیوانات در بابلسرمی پردازم. البته شایان ذکر است که تمامی باغ وحش های موجود در ایران بهتر از باغ وحش بابلسر نیستند و همه حیوانات وضعیتی مشابه این باغ وحش دارند. ولی چون این باغ وحش یک مکان خصوصی می باشد و به دولت تعلقی ندارد بنده می توانم در مورد آن حداقل براحتی صحبت کنم. من و دوستدارن  واقعی حیوانات زورمان به سیستم های دولتی برای بهبود وضعیت حیوانات باغ وحش ها نمی رسد. به ماند که برای بهبود وضعیت قفسهای حیوانات اسیر در پارک پردیسان تهران که متعلق به سازمان محیط زیست ایران می باشد حدود یکسال بیشتر است که در حال مذاکره و مشاجره با مسئولین آن پارک هستم که در نهایت بنده را مجبور به طراحی قفس برای آن حیوانات کردن که این نیز بهانه ای بیش برای خلاص شدن از دست پیگیریهای من نیست .

      باغ وحش (اسارتگاه ) بابلسر از سال 1366 توسط شخصی که عکس خود را با خشونت تمام بر بالای درب زنگ زده و زشت باغ وحش نصب کرده احداث شده است. فردی که به گفته خود دارای رگی روس و رگی ایرانی می باشد و به قول خودش عاشق حیوانات است و بدون آنها نمی تواند روزش را به شب برساند. معنی دوست داشتن واقعی حیوانات را هم فهمیدم. پس اگر می خواهیم عاشقانه حیوانات را دوست بداریم باید آنها را اسیر کنیم و درون سلولهای آهنی به ابعاد 2متر در 2متر قرار دهیم و محوطه و فضای نگهداری آنها را به قدری کثیف نگه داریم که انگلها ، کنه ها و کک ها تمامی فضای آنها را اشغال کنند و در پوست و گوشت حیوانات بی نوا جولان بدهند. من فقط قصدم از گزارش این مکان حرف زدن و وبلاگ نویسی نیست ، چون مراحل کارهایی را که برای نجات این حیوانات انجام دادم را هم در آخر برایتان بازگو می کنم . قصد من از ارایه این گزارش درخواست کمک از شما هم وطنان عاشق و دوستداران حیوانات می باشد . بیایید فقط حرف نزنیم ،اگر واقعاً کسی می تواند در مورد نجات حیوانات مظلوم این باغ وحش کار مثبتی حتی خیلی کوچک انجام دهد با من تماس بگیرد یا خودش به آنجا برود ، نمی دانم من تاجایی که توانستم تلاش خود را کردم ، حداقل اگر فکری به ذهنتان می رسد به من خبر دهید اگر هم نمی خواهید من را خبر کنید خودتان اقدام کنید.

       من برای تکمیل گزارش خود روز جمعه 13/2/87 روانه بابلسر شدم و اقدام به گرفتن تعدادی عکس و فیلم از آنجا کردم که متاسفانه فیلمی که تهیه کرده بودم به دلیلی نامعلومی باز نشد و کلی هم بابت این موضوع اعصابم بهم ریخت ولی خوشبختانه تعدادی عکس راrecover  کردم. چون معتقد هستم هیچ گزارشی مستند تر و گویاتر از فیلم و عکس نمی باشد . از آنجا که در مملکت ویران شده ما هیچ مسئول دولتی در زمینه حقوق اولیه انسانها هیچ گونه توجهی به ما ایرانیها نمی کنند در مورد حقوق حیوانات این بحث و درخواستها مشتی چرند و پرند از جانب حامیان حیوانات می باشد. برای همین من از ابتدا برای نجات حیوانات این باغ وحش از تماس با مسئولین ذیربط اجتناب کردم. و شروع به مکاتبه به تمامی باغ وحش های دنیا کردم که فقط باغ وحش استرالیا فردای همان شب به من جواب داد و من را به                 World Society of Protection of Animals)  WSPA ) معرفی کرد . من به ۳ شعبه WSPA  واقع در آمریکا ، انگلستان و آسیا (تایلند) ایمل زدم و گزارش کامل همراه با همه عکسها را برای آنها فرستادم. که شعبه آمریکا و انگلستان هر دو به من پاسخ دادن و از من جواب ۸ پرسش را خواستند که من به دقت به تمامی سوالات آنها جواب دادم. متن مکاتبات در پایان گزارش خواهم آورد فقط به این دلیل که بگویم همه این سازمانها به ایران که می رسند کشک می شوند و فقط الکی ابراز همدردی می کنند که نه به درد من و نه چاره ای برای نجات حیونات می باشد. آنها نیز پس از اینکه گفتند ما در بعضی از کشورها (که ایران بدبخت هم شاملشان می شود) محدودیت داریم و نمی توانیم در این زمینه اقدام موثری انجام دهیم . خلاصه من را به سازمانThe World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA  پاس دادند که آنها بلافاصله پاسخ دادند که باید شکایت خود را به سازمان نظام دامپزشکی ایران مطرح کنم تا آنها در این زمینه اقدام کنند که من نیز فوری جواب تندی به آنها نوشتم مبنی بر این که اگر قرار بود مسئولین بی لیاقت و بی کفایت مملکت من در زمینه حیوانات کاری انجام دهند که امروز شاهد وضعیت بحرانی حیوانات و محیط زیست کشورم نبودیم. فلان آقایی را هم که شما معرفی کردید هیچ فرقی با فلان خانم و آقا ندارد و هیچ کدام پشیزی ارزش برای انسانها و حیوانات قائل نیستند. خلاصه بنده نه یک مرفه بی درد هستم نه یک فرد بیکار ، من هم مثل تعداد انگشت شماری ایرانیانی که عاشقانه محیط زیست زیبا و حیوانات آن را دوست دارند و همواره برای بدبختی های ایران و ایرانیان غصه می خورند ، هستم. فقط کسی در این بین نگوید که چرا من و امثال من به جای اینکه به مسائل فقر و فلاکت مملکتمان بپردازیم از حقوق حیوانات صحبت می کنیم ، باید به عرض آن دسته از انسانهای وارسته برسانم که هرآنچه بلا و مصیبت بر روی ما انسانها وارد شده است از صدقه سری خودمان هست واینکه از ماست که بر ماست. جنگ،خونریزی، بی خانمانی، فقر ، کشتار، بیماری ، و همه بدبختی های ما مخصوصاً ما ایرانی ها به خاطر نادانی و بی غیرت بودن اکثریت در طول تاریخ بوده . در این بین کدام یک از حیوانات در این بدبختی و سیاه روزی ما دخالت داشته اند . هیچ کدام ولی ما انسانها خودخواهانه و بی شرمانه نه تنها به بدبختی خودمان اکتفا نکردیم و نمی کنیم بلکه حیوانات را نیز در این بدبختی خودمان نیز شریک می کنیم و چشم دیدن خوشبختی و زندگی خوب آنها را نداریم. بنابراین بی رحمانه آنها را شکار می کنیم ، اسیر می کنیم ، می خوریم و منقرض می کنیم. عکس های این اسارتگاه را با دقت ببینید و اگر برای کمک به این حیوانات فکری ، ایده ای دارید با همدیگر در میان بگذاریم . اگر واقعاً علاقه به حیوانات دارید ، فقط به چشمان مظلوم و پر از نفرت آنها نگاه کنید که چگونه ملتمسانه از ما انسانها می خواهند که انها را از اسارت چندین ساله بدون هیچ جرم و جنایتی رها سازیم. شماره همراه صاحب آن در عکس مشخص است برای اطلاع. خواهش می کنم برای نجات این حیوانات واقعاً اسیر با هم هفکر شوید. من یا صاحبش صحبت کردم شاید بتوان او را قانع کرد که با پولی که جمع آوری شود محلی مناسب برای نگهداری این حیوانات ایجاد کرد. منظورم همان مکان ولی با بهبود وضعیت قفسها. ادعا کردن خیلی راحت است خیلی.

یک جفت گرگ نگون بخت که تازه صاحب ۳ توله شده اند که دست یکی از گرگها به گفته خود مالک، توسط یکی از بازدیدکننده ها(انسان نما) با چماق ضربه دیده و نمی توانست دست خود را روی زمین بگذارد. زمین که چه عرض کنم چون گرگها زمین را حفر می کنند برای اینکه فرار نکنند کف قفس تنگ و تاریک آنها را هم ازصفحه مشبک آهنی می پوشانند که دایم دست و پاهای این حیوانات مظلوم درون این مشبک های آهنی فرو می رود. ۳تا توله واقعاً زیبای آنها درون یک بشکه آهنی سیاه قرار دارند.

۳تا شیر ماده همراه یک شیر نر در یک قفس که یکی از شیرها حامله بود و دستش نیز مانند گرگ نمی توانست روی زمین بگذارد  در تصویر مشخص است. واقعاً این شیرها غمگین و افسرده بودند .

شیرهای افسرده با حسرت به محیط بیرون نگاه می کردند و نفرین ها بر انسانها می فرستادند.

درون این قفس وحشتناک کوچک ، ۳تا شغال به زور می توانستند حرکت کنند. عکسی که در وبلاگ گرگ خاکستری در این مورد گذاشته شده نشان می دهد که قبلاً ۶شغال بودند که معلوم نیست ۳تای دیگر چه بلایی سرشان آمده است.

دو تا عقاب طلایی که وقتی به چشمانشان نگاه می کردی درد و نفرت را از نگاهشان می خواندی، عقابی که بر بالای آسمان با شکوه هرچه تمام تر پرواز می کند در یک قفس به ابعاد ۲در ۲متر مجبور است تا آخر عمرش بال هایش را نگشاید.

این سگ کوچولوی ناز که مثل سگ خودم بود را تازه برایشان آورده بودند که به طرز غم انگیزی در یک قفس به ابعاد ۵۰سانتی متر در ۱متر قرار داده بودند که البته خود مالک از این موضوع بی اطلاع بود و وقتی من ازش خواستم که او را به یک درخت ببندد اعتنایی نکرد. سگ نگون بخت دایم از گرسنگی یا از ترس پارس می کرد. البته کنار این قفس یک ماده سگ که دارای ۳ توله بود در یک فضای بسیارکثیف قرار داشت که چقدر مظلوم بود چقدر.

یک نفر شتر در اینجا بسته شده بود که اگر به وبلاگ گرگ خاکستری که تنها وبلاگی که به این موضوع پرداخته رجوع کنید عکس از شتران را می بینید که باز هم معلوم نیست بر سر بقیه چه آمده.

در این محل تعداد زیادی پلیکان و قو نگهداری می شدند که با توجه به بزرگی جثه این پرندگان این مکان جوابگوی نفس کشیدن برای آنها هم نیست

پرندگان زیبای رنگارنگ درون قفس، البته این وضعیت دقیقاً مشابه وضعیت پرندگان پارک پردیسان تهران، باغ وحش تهران و دیگر باغ وحش های ایران می باشد. باز وضع این پرنده ها از پردیسان متعلق به سازمان محیط زیست خیلی بهتر است.

این سگ اسمش پلنگ بود و همانطور که در تصویر می بینید قلاده او آنقدر کوتاه بود و از بالای دیوار متصل شده بود یک حالت به دار آویخته شده داشت سگ بی نوا آنقدر تقلا کرده بود که در گودال پایین دیوار افتاده بود. وقتی به مالک گفتم ، گفت از اون طرف دیوار پریده اومده اینطرف!!! من نمی دونم منظورش چی بود؟

یکی از غم انگیز ترین حیوانات آنجا  شش میمون بود که فکر کنم سه تای آنها بابون بودند که از هندوستان آورده بود . هر یک از میمون ها را با زنجیری به گردن به یک کنده درخت بسته بودند و ۳تای دیگر را در یک قفس که از طول به ۲ قسمت کرده بود که در بالای آن ۲عدد پرنده زیبا که کف قفس به قدری کثیف بود که پرنده ها نمی دانستند کجا بنشینند و پایین قفس ۳تا میمون که فضای آن هم آنقدر کثیف و زشت بود که میمون ها همدیگر را بغل کرده بودند و قفس چون آنقدر تاریک بود هرچقدر سعی کردم عکس واضحی نتوانستم بگیریم 

صبح که درب زشت اسارتگاه را برای بازدید مردم باز می کنند یکی از این میمون ها را که به گفته صاحبش ۳میلیون تومان ارزش دارد برای نمایش دادن از قفس بیرون می آورند و زنجیرش را به کنده درخت می بندند و میمون نگون بخت حق هیچ گونه حرکت اضافی را ندارد .

آخه از این همه شتر مرغ باید اینگونه نگهداری شود؟!!!

     Primarily  I  request  that  separate   policy  from  animals   rights.  I am a Persian  girl  who  live  in  Iran  and  follow  problems  and  environment ecology        crisis  of  my  country  incessantly.

      The  condition  of  animals  in  the  Iranian  zoos  is  so terrible. There  are six or seven  zoo  which  run  by  the  government .  The  oppressed  animals in  the  governmental  zoos   live  in  a terrible  condition   just   because  of  incapable  managers!  Animals  fan and  I  for  amelioration  of zoo  animals  regrettable  condition , are  so  weak  against  the  government.

      There  is  also  a private zoo , which  is  governed  by  an  incapable person  in  the city  which  is  situated  near  the  Caspian  sea , in  north  of  Iran , Babulsar . There are some animals as lions , camels, monkeys, boars, dears , gazelles  and  so on  in this zoo , which suffer various types of diseases , depression , hunger  and  even  the  minimum  space  to  walk!

       I  know  that  no  one  agree  with  our  politicians   incorrect  opinions , but  I  demand you , as  an  animals lover , a nature  fan  to help  to  these captive   oppressed   animals.

        I  sent  you  some  photos  of  this  animals  prison  as  an email . please  help  these  innocent   animals. I  decide  talk  to  you  because an  Iranian government and people do not  pay attention to the animals  rights  of  all . Thank you for contacting the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) and for your concern about the zoos in Iran .  As we saw in your photographs, the conditions for these animals are terrible.  WSPA is opposed to the use, confinement, exhibition or performance of animals for commercial gain and/or human entertainment.

It would be very helpful to us if you could answer the series of questions that are listed below and send the responses to these questions back to WSPA.  Once we receive the answers to your questions we can look into having one of our member societies investigate the cruelty at this zoo. However, WSPA and our member societies have limited influence over zoos in many countries and therefore ask you to report your concerns about the welfare of animals to the zoo itself, and to The World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA).  Here is the link for their website where you can submit your concerns: secretariat@waza.org.  If you prefer, you can just write one email to WAZA and then type our email address under “Cc” so that we can see your email too.  Our email address is wspa@wspausa.org.  We also recommend including the photographs that you previously sent to us.

At first, thank you response to my email. I want last Friday on May 2, 2008 second to that zoo and I prepared some photographs which are attached to this email. You sent me eight questions and I wrote my answers to them.

Number 1:

Eight years ago (first time)-

Number 2:

- I concern about all types of animals, welfare there as:

- A pair of wolf with there three cubs, which are entailed in a dark and small cage with a length of 2 meters , a width of 2 meters   and  a height of 2 meters. They can not walk on its floor because it is infected. The cage is so terrible.

- There are three jackals in a three meters by three meters cage. Their condition as wolf is so painful,

- There are four lions, one of them is male and the others are female, which one of the females is pregnant. Their cage is as scrap iron and they can not look out. Their condition is so painful.

- There are tow depressed golden eagles which are kept in a cage with a length of 2 meters, a width of 2 meters and a height of 2 meters.

- There are three monkeys which have chain with a length of two meters around their neck, as you can see on the photo.

- There is a bitch which has three puppies .Their cage is so dirty. Beside their cage, there is another cage with a length of 1 meters and width of 50 centimeters. There is a lovely terrier, as my dog, in it. It is barking all the time.

- There is a dirty and awful cage. Tow birds are kept in the upper port of it and three monkeys (baboon) are kept in the lower part of it.

- The welfare of a camel, a deer, ostriches, rabbits and pelicans is so terrible.

A pair of wolfs with their three cubs.-

-Three jackals.

- Four lions.

-Two golden eagles.

- Six monkeys.

- A bitch with her three puppies.

- Two dog

- Two birds

A Wildcat-

Number 4:

  Some unpleasant behaviors which concerned me are as bellow:

-Undesirable sanitation (including animals' body sanitation and animals' cage sanitation).

Their under nutrition.-

- Not getting them the minimum space.

Using animals for commercial gain.-

Lack of health care.-

- Not attending them by a veterinarian perpetually.

Number 5:

The enclosure as I explained above is so small, dirty and terrible.

Number 6:

 Their drinking water is not healthy. Their shelters are their cages, which are terrible. During the one of the animals' problems are not accessing the shade. It is terrible.

Number 7:

 Yes the visitors are allowed to interact with the animals. Sometime, some cultureless visitors throw some objects as a stone toward animals. Once one of these visitors threw a piece of wood to one of the wolfs, in consequence of this assaulting, innocent wolf had problem with its hand for a long time. The visitors can also eat them with every thing.

Having recently visited the following zoo, I have serious concerns about the welfare of the animals I have seen.  I urge you to investigate the conditions of the animals there.

My concerns are as follows.

    I have visited this zoo for several times. I went to this zoo last Friday on may2, 2008 and I look some photographs which are attached to this email.

    I have seen the animals, condition and some behaviors in this zoo which concerned me a lot. I am one of the animals fan who live in a country where nobody care about animals. This zoo is a private zoo which is managed by an unfit person. I request you to help these innocent animals.

    There are some animals in this zoo as: a pair of wolfs with their three cabs, three jackals , a male lion , three female lions, which one them is pregnant , six monkeys, two golden eagles, a bitch with her three puppies, a terrier, a camel, a wildcat and some pelicans, rabbits, ostriches.

     These animals are imprisoned in small, dirty and dark cages. They can not move and walk easily in them. Their physical hygiene and their cages' hygiene is so terrible. Their feeding is meager and unsuitable. All of these animals suffer from lack of health care and not examining by veterinarian perpetually. They all are sad, sick and used for commercial gain and human entertainment. Another point is that sometimes some objects as stone towards animals. Once one of these visitors threw a piece of wood to one of the wolfs, in consequence of this assaulting, innocent wolf had problem with its hand for a long time. This visitors can also feed them with everything.

 Thank you for your response .I do not know why you do not consider the terrible condition of animals in Iran  ! The  zoos` condition and Iran `s condition  is so terrible just because of the managers of animals` protection are incompetent and  not animals` fan.

     If they have done any positive effort for animals` terrible condition, I have not sent you an email to help them!

We know that the state managers in Iran just talk about protection of animals and do not act, so animals` fan and I are hopeless of their help and we resort to international  organization of animals`protection .Please separate policy of animals`protection because the other countries do not help us when they understand that we are from Iran .  I have sent you an email and I have requested just because of innocence of animals and because the Iranian  governmental managers have never considered the animals  whereas the animals in Iran suffer lots of pain night and day.

D r. Mr.   Norouzi as most of Iranian state managers just think about Iran destruction .In spite of this , I have done your request and I have sent him an email , however I know that he will not do anything in this connection.

Finally, I  want to say that the innocent animals in Iran are imprisoned in terrible cages  and no  international organizations  consider them.

    Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately , I should say I sent an email to WAZA and they answered me very soon. Their response is as below . As you observe their response . they passed me to governmental managers .

I requested you to help these innocent animals of this zoo because the governmental  manageres have not done any positive help for them.

Dear Kiana,

 Thank you for forwarding this response from WAZA on to us.  It is good for us to see the types of responses they are sending our supporters. 

We are undertaking a new zoo strategy to address the worst welfare conditions in all zoos worldwide; we hope to approach those that fall under this category and work with them to promote improvements by ourselves and other local and international organizations.  Our aim is to dramatically improve captive animal welfare legislation and use our member society network to help enforce the laws to end the suffering of these captive animals for the long term.   Unfortunately though, the WSPA is not currently in a position to directly approach this zoo in a method that will be effective.  I hope that you will follow up and address the authorities that the WAZA has suggested you contact.
